Galería Guillermo de Osma presents, for the first time in Spain’s art scene, a dialogue between two pivotal members of El Paso –Martín Chirino (1925–2019) and Manuel Rivera (1927–1995), who were instrumental to the regeneration of Spanish art during the 20th century. Both artists played a crucial role in developing Spanish abstraction beginning in the 50s, through their common use of metal.
The catalogue includes an essay from David Cortés Santamarta, from which the exhibition takes its title.
